Before your first order, we’ll agree a delivery schedule with you to make sure everything runs smoothly from day one. We will try tailor delivery times around your business so you always know exactly when your products will arrive.

Delivery Days
We deliver Tuesday to Saturday, with fresh overnight baking ready for early‑morning drop‑off.
There is no delivery on Sundays or Mondays, so we’ll help you plan your standing order to ensure you’re fully stocked for the start of each week.

Collection Options
If collection works better for you, you’re welcome to pick up directly from our bakery. For added convenience, we can also arrange out‑of‑hours collection from our distribution unit — ideal for early starts, late finishes, or flexible trading hours.

How to Place an Order
Orders can be placed online, by phone, or by email — whichever suits your business best.

If you have a YO Bakehouse online account, you can:

• Place orders quickly
• View your product list
• Check pricing
• Submit changes
• Manage standing orders

It’s the simplest way to keep everything organised.

Cut‑Off Times
To ensure your products are baked fresh overnight and delivered the next morning:
Bread and stocked items: Order up to 4pm for next‑day delivery
Fresh‑to‑order products: Require two days’ notice — this ensures you always receive them at their absolute best

We’ll confirm which products fall into each category when your account is set up.

Standing Orders
Most wholesale customers use a standing order for consistency. You can:

• Keep the same order each day
• Adjust quantities as needed
• Add seasonal or occasional items

Your standing order can be managed through your online account or by contacting the team.
Answerphone Service If we’re unable to take your call, our answerphone service will be active. Leave your message and it will be picked up promptly — we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
